Today, many people just want to live practically and just sit down by doing nothing. Actually, this habit is a bad habit, because it will attract the risk of heart disease. Did you know that people who less active doing exercise at least two to three times a week will potentially attack heart disease?.

Swimming or other water sports will not only increase your heart rate and improve cardiovascular health, water provides multi-directional resistance that will increase muscle strength and sound.
  4. Ride a bike
    Another good cardiovascular activity is ride a bike. Around the park or the house complex in a cool morning will be a great experience and healthy activity for heart, and rebuild the body strength at once time.
