EASILY STRESSED? THINK FIRST, BEFORE IT HAPPENS

Stress just like floods, should be channeled to avoid major flooding. When stress comes, the body will increase the production of the hormones epinephrine and cortisol blood sugar to rise and there is a reserve of energy to move. Our bodies are designed to good purpose. However, if high blood sugar continues to be triggered by prolonged stress with no way out, it becomes dangerous.

  4. Hopeless
